In terms of management informatization, the port has introduced world-leading intelligent scheduling and visual supervision of the entire operation process. It has independently developed a smart business platform and a logistics management and control system, realizing the network and digitization of the entire operation. As the first parallel fully automatic container terminal in China that realizes horizontal transportation with intelligent unmanned trucks, Tangshan Port has made new attempts and bold innovations in technology and craftsmanship compared with the previously constructed ports in Qingdao and Shanghai. The equipment cost has been reduced by more than 40%, and the impact on the terminal structure has been minimized. The construction results have been selected into the guidelines for the construction of automated container terminals of the Ministry of Transport, and have been used for reference by subsequent ports such as Tianjin, Guangzhou, and Rizhao, and are becoming an emerging mainstream construction model.

Taking the container smart terminal as the starting point, Tangshan Port has made every effort to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of various types of terminals, forming a 1+4 overall promotion layout, building a port-level intelligent control center, building containers, professional bulk cargo, general bulk and liquid The four major intelligent operation clusters in the chemical industry are expected to be fully completed during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. In addition to the container intelligent operation cluster, at present, the port has realized the real-time digital model of the storage yard for the first time in China by combining Beidou positioning and 3D modeling in the professional bulk intelligent operation cluster; at the same time, combined with intelligent trains The construction of the loading building will create an automatic operation mode of the whole process from loading and unloading to transportation. In terms of general bulk and miscellaneous intelligent operation clusters, for the portal cranes with the largest number and the widest application in domestic ports, the semi-automatic transformation of portal cranes has been fully completed, and the “smart hopper + bulk AGV + intelligent stacker” has been innovated. Humanized work mode. In terms of the intelligent operation cluster of the liquid chemical industry, the interlocking of the hazardous source management list and the action of industrial control facilities have been realized, and the essential safety level of the production operation of dangerous goods has been improved. It was selected as a smart port demonstration project by the Ministry of Transport.
