— CNC Precision Rail Bending (Cold Bending)

Process advantages

Our CNC cold-bending technology boasts remarkable process advantages that guarantee stable quality and high precision. Ambient-temperature forming is adopted to preserve the original rail microstructure, effectively retaining the base strength and toughness of the rail without any material degradation.

With CNC control, automatic springback compensation is realised, ensuring consistent bending accuracy across all products. We also have multiple dedicated dies that can accommodate common rail profiles, including P43, P50, QU70, QU80, QU100, R65, and more. For high-precision inspection, we combine laser scanning with total station measurement, strictly controlling the accuracy within ±2 mm. Additionally, full digital traceability ensures batch stability, making each rail have consistent curvature and tight joint fit.

Optional: Thermal Bending

For very large cross-sections, very small radii, or special installation needs, we offer local hot-bending and die-assisted bending with post-heat treatment and performance testing to meet safety and service life requirements. This optional process is tailored to solve complex bending challenges that cannot be achieved by cold bending, ensuring the rails meet the highest standards in special scenarios.
