Causes of false welding caused by rails welding

There are many defects in rails welding work that need to be avoided, among which the phenomenon of false welding is particularly important. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the reasons for false welding in rails welding, so as to avoid it from the source.
The slump does not necessarily cause under-soldering. During reflow, the melted under-soldering solder may be disconnected under the impetus of surface tension, and the phenomenon of solder loss will make the under-soldering problem serious. In this case, the excess solder that accumulates in an area due to solder loss will make the molten solder too much to break easily.

In addition to the factors that cause solder paste to slump, rail platen manufacturers have learned that the following factors are also common causes of dissatisfaction with soldering:
1. The vapor pressure of the flux is too large;
2, the solvent composition of the flux is too high;
3. The softening point of the flux resin is too low.
4. Relative to the space between the solder joints, the solder paste is deposited too much;
5, the heating temperature is too high;
6, the solder paste heats faster than the circuit board;
7. The flux wetting speed is too fast.
