There are two kinds of rail press plate materials, one is half-cast steel, ductile iron cover, and cast steel base. The other is the whole cast steel: the upper cover and base cast steel.
Rail standard:
(1) The upper cover plate, base plate, and adjustment plate are ZG270-500. The material complies with the regulations of 5676-85 and adopts lost wax precision casting. Level II quantity and dimensional deviation meet the requirements of JZ67-2 Level II accuracy.
(2) The processing of bolts and nuts of the rail clamp, and the bolts and nuts 6170-86 of the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface accuracy specified in 12.5 conform to the requirements of the national standard.
(3) The flat washer is made of q235af steel and should meet the requirements of gb97.1-85.
(4) The spring washer is made of 65Mn, 60Si2Mn steel, the material conforms to the regulations of 1222-84, and the production should conform to the regulations of gb93-87.

Of course, the purpose of the rail press plate is to make it more convenient and quicker to install and make, and at the same time can effectively extend the service life of the track, reduce the number of maintenance, and reduce the cost.

Under the condition that the length of the strand is not affected and other operations are not changed, the position of the turnout can be moved back and forth no more than 6.25m, but in the section station and above stations, especially It is a turnout in the throat area, and the moving amount should not be greater than 0.5m.
After the turnout enters the site, the supervision unit should be notified to jointly inspect and accept the turnout, whether the accessories are complete, the deformation or the de-welding of the sleeper bottom steel bar shall be corrected, repaired, and visually inspected. Measure the length of the rail with a ruler, whether there is a dead bend, take pictures and sign for the problem, and then use it after the supervisor agrees.
