Product Characteristics of Rail Clamps
The function of the rail clamp is to compress and fix the rails to make the train operation more efficient. Due to the long running time and frequent stops and starts on some rails, parking deflection often occurs and large torque is generated. If this happens for a long time, the bolts can easily become loose or even damaged. The rail clamp can just make up for this defect and plays a very important role in the running track and is of great significance.
The rail clamp is also called a welded rail clamp, a welded rail fixing device, a steel beam rail clamp, and a welded clamp. Its function is to compress and fix the rails. Rail clamps are usually welded to I-beams and are sometimes used on steel plates embedded in concrete.
Rail clamp standards
Rail clamps can be divided into WJK, SWJK and HWJK series TG38, TG43, TG50, TG60, QU70, QU80, QU100 and QU120, which are composed of base, upper cover, wear and flat washers.
Rail press materials
There are two types, one is made of semi-cast steel: the upper cover is made of ductile iron and the base is made of cast steel. One is full cast steel: the upper cover and base are both made of cast steel.
Rail clamp parameters
The rail clamp is in units of sets. The complete set includes: upper cover, base, pins, nuts and bolts, and flat washers.
Rail clamp selection and arrangement
WJK, SWJK, HWJK series TG38 rail clamp, TG43 rail clamp, TG50 rail clamp, TG60 rail clamp, QU70 rail clamp, QU80 rail clamp, QU100 rail clamp, available from stock.
Take the QU120 rail clamp as an example
1. Select the corresponding crane track fixture model according to the track model provided by the process.
2. The distance between fixed parts is 500mm, and the distance between fixed parts is 400mm when the weight is working.
3. When welding the base and the crane beam, the selection of welding rods should be consistent with the material of the crane beam.
4. Minimum width of the flange on the crane when connecting to fixed rails
5. Installation sequence:
(1) Install the track and adjust the track gauge.
(2) Base positioning, arrange the base at a distance of 500mm or 400mm along the direction of the crane track. The base should be away from the bottom edge of the track in the straight direction. A gap of 1mm-3mm can also be left to adjust the track gauge.
(3) base welding
(4) Bolt positioning
