Supply Project of A100 Mobile Port Crane in Indonesia

1. Project Overview

This project is a new construction project of A100 Mobile Port Crane located in Jakarta Port, Indonesia. The rated lifting capacity of the crane is 300 tons. Our company is solely responsible for product supply, while on-site civil engineering, installation and construction are undertaken by a third-party professional engineering team.
All supporting materials were shipped from Tianjin Port of China to Jakarta Port of Indonesia in early November 2025.

2. Project Background

Indonesia is an important shipping hub in Southeast Asia with a growing container throughput year by year. To relieve the operation pressure of main working stations and cope with peak freight volume, equipment maintenance, and emergency operations, the local large-scale wharf decided to build a spare working station and purchased a full set of track and fastening accessories for the newly installed 300-ton A100 mobile port crane.

4. Application & Working Function

The A100 mobile port crane is equipped with container spreaders and is mainly used for vertical loading and unloading of containers at the spare working station of large wharves. It acts as an effective supplement to the main loading and unloading equipment, improving the overall operation flexibility of the port.

5. Cooperation & Implementation

  • Division of work: We complete product production, quality inspection, and cross-border shipping; the local client and the third-party team carry out on-site construction, track laying and equipment commissioning.
  • Logistics: Goods were delivered on schedule via regular sea routes from Tianjin to Jakarta, matching the on-site construction schedule.

6. Advantages & Highlights

  1. Complete and matched supporting products, specially designed for 300-ton heavy-duty mobile port cranes, suitable for coastal port working conditions.
  2. Simple supply-only cooperation mode, avoiding overseas construction risks and adapting to local construction habits of Indonesian clients.
  3. Reliable cross-border logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Products meet both standby and frequent temporary operation demands of wharf spare stations.

7. Project Value

For the client, the project optimizes the wharf operation layout, reduces operation risks and improves container handling efficiency. For our company, this project expands the Southeast Asian port equipment supporting market and verifies the adaptability of our products in overseas port scenarios.

8. Conclusion

This project is a typical overseas supply project for port machinery supporting facilities. With standardized products, mature logistics and clear division of labor, the project was delivered successfully. It has accumulated valuable experience for our subsequent cooperation with Southeast Asian port clients, and proved that our track system and accessories are reliable for large-tonnage mobile port cranes.
