2. Project Working Conditions & Load Requirement Upgrade
- Working environment: In-kiln rail length: 25 m, with another 25 m rail extending outside the kiln. Max kiln design temperature reaches 650°C; open space under bogies avoids direct high-temperature exposure to wheels.
- Original load demand: Total payload of 150 tons (bogie + kiln structure + raw materials), requiring 32 wheels (16 pairs).
- Revised requirement: Client upgraded total designed load to 400 tons for future heavy cargo transport; wheel quantity increased to 40 sets.
