The contract order for export to Nigeria adopts the new standard TB/T2344.1-2020, the length of the rail is 25 meters, and the speed is less than 200 km/h. It is a high-speed railway for both passenger and freight transportation.
In response to the customer’s strict requirements on various technical indicators such as the surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and organizational performance of the rail, the technicians of the large-scale rolling mill of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. redesigned and optimized the pass system of the rail head, and performed multiple simulations to achieve The extended matching of each part is ensured; for the online laser flatness measurement required by the new standard, the technical research team innovates independently, manually makes the curved sample rail, and calibrates and debugs the flatness testing equipment many times, achieving repeatability of no more than 0.03 mm high-precision measurement.
At the same time, aiming at key problems such as high ambient temperature and low cooling capacity in summer, the end quenching process has been optimized several times to solve the technical problem of tread hardness fluctuations and ensure that all indicators of the product in the first rolling meet customers’ needs. Require.
In recent years, Handan Iron and Steel has transformed technological innovation into productivity. Up to now, it has mastered more than 70 key technologies, such as “end quenching” and “universal rolling.”
