I. Product Overview

Glory Rail supplies a full range of crane rails, which are specially designed for the running tracks of cranes and widely applied in scenarios such as port cranes and factory construction. Compared with ordinary steel rails, they feature higher material strength. We provide crane rails complying with various standards including AREMA, GB, BS, DIN and UIC, and also offer customized production services for steel rails.

(2) Dimensional Parameters

Compliant with the standard of YB/T5055-2014. The cross-section of the steel rail and the names of each part refer to the corresponding diagram, and the cross-sectional dimensions shall meet the requirements in the table below:

(3) Length Specifications

Standard Lengths: 9m, 9.5m, 10m, 11m, 11.5m, 12m, 12.5m.

Special Lengths: Steel rails with a length of 4m-8.9m can be supplied upon negotiation and clear indication in the contract by both parties (the proportion is negotiable); the length shall be rounded up by every 100mm when calculating the weight of steel rails.

Length Tolerance: The allowable deviation is ±500mm.

(4) Weight Calculation

The delivery of steel rails is based on the theoretical weight.
