The double-hole pressure plate installation introductions
Detailed introduction: The double-hole pressure plate for steel beams is subject to the set. Each set includes a double-hole pressure plate, an M-type backing plate, and two sets of bolts.
1. Scope of application:
Heavy-duty system: (A6, A7) 5t~100t soft hook crane; intermediate duty system: (A3, A5) 5t~250t soft hook crane; light-duty system: (A1, A2) 5t ~100t soft hook crane.
2. Material requirements:
(1) Q234B.F steel is used for the pressure plate, backing plate, and bolts of the vehicle block and fixed track, and its tensile strength, elongation rate, yield point, and the limit content of carbon, sulfur, and phosphorus must meet the requirements of ” Carbon Structural Steel “GB/T700-1998.
(2) Grade C hexagon head bolts, nuts, spring washers, and washers shall comply with national standards “GB/T5780-E1986”, “GB/T41-1986”, “GB/T93-1987” and “GB/T95-1985” Provisions.
(3) E4301~E4313 electrodes are used for the electrodes (except the electrodes for the welding track).
3. Installation requirements:
(1) When using a crane rail clip to fix the crane rail track, the pressure plate should be in close contact with the track. The welding seam between the pressure plate and the backing plate should be welded after the track is properly adjusted. Before welding, tighten the bolts and press the track tightly. Check one by one after welding, the track must not be loose.
(2) The block, pressure plate, backing plate and bolts, and nuts (after the track installation and adjustment are completed) should be treated with anti-corrosion according to the engineering design requirements.
