Crane runway girder design

crane runway girder design
The crane runway girder is an important part of the crane. There are two kinds of rail runway beams commonly used to install the track: one is a steel structure beam, and the other is a concrete prefabricated beam. Prefabricated concrete beams must have pre-embedded holes for bolts during installation, or pre-embedded bolts in prefabricated concrete beams. The installation methods of crane rails include pressure plate fixation, hook screw fixation, welding and bolt combination fixation, etc. In order to adjust the horizontal direction, the holes on the rail pressure plate are usually made as long holes, and the vertical adjustment can be made by adding pads under the rail. When designing the rail pressure plate, it should have sufficient rigidity. Each pressure plate can be made into a single hole or double hole according to the size of the force. Only when the rail and the rail beam or the steel backing plate fixed on the rail beam are connected by welding, the rail can be welded on the rail.
Structural steel beams are one common crane runway girder design. It consists of a hot rolled H-beam or welded steel structure. The top fixed steel rail or square steel rail is fixed by rail pressing or welding.
Requirements for steel structure crane runway girder design
(1) The mid-span verticality of the track beam is less than or equal to h/500, and h is the beam height of the track beam.
(2) The horizontal side bend of the track beam is less than or equal to 1/1500, the net is 10mm, and l is the beam length of the rail track beam.
(3) The vertical arch of the track beam is less than or equal to 10mm.
(4) The deviation of the center position of the track beam to the design positioning axis is ≤5mm. If it does not meet the requirements, the track beam positioning should be adjusted before the track can be installed.
(5) The height difference of the top surface of the rail beam of the same cross-section within the same span is ≤10mm at the support, and ≤15m at other places.
(6) The height difference of the top surface of the track beam between two adjacent columns in the same row is ≤ l/1500, and ≯ 10mm, and l is the beam length of the track beam.
(7) At the joints of the two adjacent rail beams, the height difference between the top surfaces of the two rail beams is ≤ 1mm, and the center lateral dislocation is ≤ 3mm.
