3. Whether the structure of the kiln car is reasonable or not will directly affect the use of the track
①The guide wheels of the kiln car are divided into unilateral guide wheels and double-sided guide wheels. Whether the wheel lip and the track fit reasonably or not directly affects whether the track is subjected to lateral force, and further develops into track distortion;
② The spatial relationship between the axle and the track is also very important. The connection between the axle and the frame – the positional relationship and firmness of the support are the focus of inspection;
③ Whether the interface between the kiln car and the kiln car is tightly engaged will directly affect the normal working temperature of the track surface;
④Heat-resistant bearings are installed inside the wheel shaft, and the surrounding size of the gap between the balls is reasonable, which is conducive to free expansion and free rolling;
⑤Compared with the “C” shape at the kiln car interface, the “V” shape is the best, but the depth of the “V” shape is 10mm~20mm deeper than that of the “C” shape; In addition to the inspection, the supervision unit shall carry outside station supervision and keep text and video records.
4. Temperature control measures for the track at the bottom of the kiln car
According to the requirements, the temperature of the air at the bottom of the car should be lower than the melting point of the kiln car bearing lubricant, so as to ensure that the lubricant injected into the bearing does not melt, and avoid the bearing being burned to death, causing the kiln car to be stuck in the kiln furnace. to this end:
①Ensure the smoothness of the air supply duct at the bottom of the vehicle and avoid “running, leaking, and leaking” in the middle;
② Frequently inspect the temperature of the air outlet at the bottom of the car, preferably not higher than 80°C, but it must also be seen that the air outlet is set in the firing area or the preheating area and treated differently, as well as the geographical location and location of the brick factory. The season should be handled flexibly;
③Strengthen the maintenance management of kiln cars, make a solid maintenance record, implement it to the head, carry out tracking, and strictly assess those who fail to meet the standards;
④Install ultra-wide limiting devices on both sides of the exit of the repaired kiln car;
⑤ After joint inspection of the kiln car maintenance, in the process of use, there will be friction and collision with the kiln wall, burning of the kiln car skirt board, and loose joint between the kiln car and the kiln car. ;
5. Important control measures to prevent derailment
① Operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings during track construction, and measure the horizontal elevation and latitude and longitude at any time when the measuring instruments are laying and adjusting the track;
②Indicate the selection of the material of the axle fixed support, the production and procurement of the wheel and its bearing in the position shown in the diagram during construction;
③Wheels, shafts, and bearings, as well as axle supports, must be carefully maintained during use;
④In case of poor rotation of the kiln wheel, replace the bearing immediately and analyze the replaced bearing on site to find out the reason and formulate measures to prevent it from happening again in the future.
