Project Overview

The Changa Manga Forest Park tourist railway project is part of the “Master Planning and Implementation for Eco-Tourism at Changa Manga and Wetlands in Punjab” initiative in Pakistan. Located in Punjab Province, Changa Manga is one of the country’s largest man-made forests and a major eco-tourism destination.

To support the development of the park’s sightseeing railway system, we supplied a complete set of rail track materials for the tourist train line, helping create a safe, stable, and long-lasting transportation system within the forest area.

Supply Scope

Steel Rails

We manufactured and supplied high-quality steel rails according to the required rail cross-section specifications for the tourist railway system. The rails were designed to provide stable performance, smooth operation, and long service life under outdoor environmental conditions.

Turnouts & Switching Systems

Custom-engineered turnouts (switches and crossings) were supplied for station areas and maintenance access sections. The turnout layout was produced in accordance with the project alignment drawings to ensure accurate installation and reliable railway operation.

Fishplates & Fastening Components

Heavy-duty fishplates and fastening systems were supplied to maintain secure rail connections and overall track stability throughout the railway line.

Engineering & Project Support

In addition to material supply, our team provided technical coordination support, including engineering drawings and production matching according to the project requirements. All components were manufactured and prepared based on the construction schedule to support efficient on-site installation.

Logistics & Delivery

All rail materials, including steel rails, turnouts, and fishplates, were delivered according to the project timeline in December 2025. Each shipment was clearly labeled by product category, quantity, and project reference to facilitate site management and installation coordination.
