Cause Analysis and Control of the Subsidence of the Foundation of Coke Pushing Car rail track

Pushing Car rail track
The coke pusher is the main equipment for coke oven production and is the key equipment of the coking plant. The 3# coke pushing car of Fangda Special Steel Coking Plant is responsible for the two major tasks of tamping coke oven coal charging and coke pushing, and the coke pushing car rail track and foundation carry about 350 tons of coal charging coke pushing car day and night Walking back and forth on it, once a failure occurs, the coke oven must be shut down for a long time. Therefore, the stability of the track and the foundation of the coke pusher is very important.
Existing problems
It was found that the local foundation of the outer track of the coke-pushing car had cracked cement, and the track had broken here due to the heavy pressure of the coke-pushing car. It is difficult to align the coke-pushing car above the secondary track during coal loading and coke-pushing operations, which brings great difficulties to production. The plant equipment management personnel immediately monitor it and organize its measurement. After multiple measurements, it is found that The subsidence of the section of the track has gradually increased from 5 to 10mm at the beginning of the measurement to 60mm. If it is not resolved as soon as possible, once the coal-loading coke truck collapses the track foundation, the coal-loading coke truck will be trapped Unable to walk, because the coke-pushing car weighs more than 300 tons, it is necessary to ask for a large crane to lift the coke pushing car first, restore and repair the track foundation, or disassemble the coal charging coke pushing a car, restore the track and then assemble the coke pushing coal charging During this period, the coke oven will be shut down for a long time, which will cause huge losses to the company and the consequences will be disastrous.
Cause Analysis
Right below the track foundation of the sinking coke-pushing car is the main flue of the tamping coke oven. Because the temperature inside the flue has been around 250°C for a long time, the temperature of the track foundation is not the same, so the internal expansion stress is inconsistent, and the self-weight of the coal charging and pushing coke car reaches 358 tons, walking back and forth on it for a long time, causing the track foundation of this section to slowly sink. The design of the top of the total flue from the bottom of the track foundation is 80mm, and now only 20mm is left. Once the flue collapses, the entire coke oven pressure system will be damaged. It will be paralyzed, and if it is serious, it will cause the coke oven heating gas to explode, and the consequences will be very serious.
solution
In view of the sinking of the track foundation of the coal-loading coke pusher, combined with the actual production of tamping coke ovens in our factory, it was decided to use the scheduled coke oven repair time to reinforce the track within 12 hours to eliminate the safety hazard of the coke pusher track. The construction plan is as follows:
After cleaning up all the cement slag of the sinking track foundation, a square box was made with a 30mm thick steel plate, and cement was poured inside, with three I-beams side by side in the middle, and the broken foundation was supported by steel reinforcement. And lengthen to increase its strength, in strict accordance with the welding process requirements for comprehensive welding to ensure welding quality. Then lay four 100mm square steel and three 50Kg steel rails on the top, weld the fixed stainless steel bolts on the rails, and finally lay the coke pusher rails on the top and fix them with clips respectively. 5. Effect Since the reinforcement of the track foundation, after more than a year, the track has not subsided, and it still maintains a good level. The coal loading and coke pushing truck walk stably on it, and the coal loading and coke pushing operations are aligned once. It can be completed, eliminates major safety hazards, and provides a guarantee for the safe and stable production of coke ovens.
