WJK welded rail clamp, also known as crane rail clip, is a fastener used to fix rails during rail laying. It is also a welded rail fixture and is a widely used crane beam rail fixing standard.
WJK welded rail clamps are divided into three categories:

The WJK QU80 rail clip is mainly used to fix and install the QU80 crane rail.
The installation sequence is welding the base plate, the bolt in place, the adjusting plate, the upper cover plate, the flat washer, the spring washer, and the nut. After the T-bolt is installed and tightened, the spring washer is finally compressed until the height difference at the joint is 2mm.
