Three, the construction method
1. Preparation before construction:
(1) Clean the track foundation surface. 24 hours before grouting, the track foundation surface should be fully moistened. One hour before grouting, the accumulated water should be absorbed.
(2) Support the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing, and the formwork shall not leak.
(3) If the grouting phenomenon occurs during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.

2. The process of grouting for track mortar materials should meet the following requirements:

(1) When the track mortar is grouted for the second time, it shall be grouted from one side until the other side overflows, and shall not be grouted from all four sides at the same time.
(2) After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
(3) Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. When necessary, bamboo slats can be used for diversion.
(4) The grouting thickness should not exceed 150mm each time. When the grouting layer is less than 30mm, corresponding auxiliary measures should be taken or other types of materials should be used.
(5) The vibration of the running machine must not be transmitted to the foundation of the equipment to be grouted.

3. The initial setting time of  Glory Rail crane rail grout grouting is about 3~4 hours.

4. After 3~4 hours, use visual inspection and hand feeling to debate whether the initial setting, 152, 0161, 8421 technical guidance parameters. After confirming that it has solidified for the first time, lightly smooth the surface with a batch knife, and then cover the surface with burlap or cotton cloth.

5. According to the difference in temperature every day, under 15℃, use water for maintenance once in the morning and evening; 15℃-35℃ for maintenance with water once in the morning, at night, and every day.

6. Wet and maintain the solidified track cement for no less than 7 days.
