Continuous soleplates for crane rails

When the environment at the bottom of the crane track is a concrete structure, such as a port crane track, we use the soleplates or steel base plate to be placed between the steel rail and the concrete structure. It will produce continuous support for the steel rail. The size of the continuous soleplates needs to be determined according to the technical specifications of the crane, the type of fastening system, and the working environment. The continuous soleplates have a good supporting effect on the crane track that needs to be continuously stressed on the entire track. Heavy-duty cranes generally need continuous multi-point force due to the large load, and the continuous crane bottom plate can provide a higher safety factor support.

The rail clips base can be directly welded to the base of the continuous soleplates, and at the same time, the anchor bolts are punched to fix the base plate, and the leveling bolts can adjust the horizontal position of the steel base plate to ensure the straightness of the track.
We can provide the original supporting base plate. Customers can confirm the perforation and welding of the rail press according to the specific environment of use, or provide the backing plate containing the welded base. At the same time, the continuous soleplates can be galvanized to prevent corrosion and rust.
